Who We Are
Austin Roofing Reviews is published by an independent editorial team based in Austin. We are not affiliated with any of the contractors we rank. Members of our team have backgrounds in construction project management, real-estate transaction support, and journalism. We don't publish individual bylines because the rankings are produced through a multi-reviewer consensus process — not by a single author.
How We Get Paid
Some links to contractor websites earn us referral compensation when a homeowner completes a quote request. This compensation is disclosed alongside the relevant CTAs and does not influence rank order. Rankings are produced before contractor relationships exist.
What We Don't Do
- We do not accept paid placement, sponsored rankings, or "featured contractor" buyouts.
- We do not delete negative reviews of contractors we list.
- We do not require contractors to opt-in or pay to be considered.
- We do not produce sponsored content disguised as editorial.
